Simone is educated in Community Services and Disability. With 15 years in the industry her experience includes WorkCover Case Management, Disability support, Disability Supported Employment Manager, In home and Community Access Manager and Support Coordination.
Simone Watkiss is the Founder and Director of Inspire Disability Network. She has worked with many people over the years to achieve their goals through a person centered and holistic approach. She comes with broad knowledge of the NDIS, humor, patience and empathy.

Meet Naomi, she brings a smile to our office each day. Naomi is a dedicated and passionate professional with 18 years of experience in the disability sector. With a background spanning support work, client services, intake management, and office management, Naomi brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to her work. As a devoted mother and advocate for inclusivity, Naomi is driven to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Aisling (Ash) has successfully managed budgets, sourced and coordinated only the best supports for her clients. She is a devoted mother of 2, passionate about her community. She has a strong Management and Community Services background and has always been driven to support and uplift others. Ash has exceptional organisational skills. She strives to deliver the very best outcomes for her clients.

As a dedicated professional with a background in psychology, Alison is passionate about supporting mental health and well-being. Her experience in management has equipped her with strong leadership skills, enabling her to create environments that foster growth and resilience for both individuals and providers. Balancing her career with roles as a mother and wife, Alison strives to cultivate a nurturing family life while advocating for disability and mental health awareness and support. Al is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those around her.

Rosa is our Quality Assurance guru! With over a decade in Case Management and lived experience in disability and the NDIS. She is our 'office vibe'. She brings warmth to all she meets. Her spare time is spend with her beautiful family.

Gwyn has spent the past 5 years working across support, operations, management, and support coordination. She genuinely loves what she does. With lived experience and a strong passion for mental health, she is driven to help people live safely. freely, and with dignity. Gwyn believes even small acts can make a big difference.

NDIS Support Coordinator (Permanent Part-Time or Full-Time)
We are expanding our Team! 🎉
We are seeking an experienced and passionate NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time or full-time basis.

About the Role:
As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will:
-Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans.
-Connect participants with appropriate supports and community services.
-Build participants' capacity to achieve their goals and increase independence.
-Coordinate services and advocate for participants when required.
-Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, service providers, and key stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
-Minimum 2 years' experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
-Relevant TAFE or tertiary qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Disability, Psychology, or a related field.
-Current Working With -Children Check (WWCC).
-Current National Police Check.
-Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
-Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong knowledge of the NDIS, its legislation, and the local service network.
-Current Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
